Who is Hitech Support?

Hitech Support is an Australian owned and operated company that provides a wide range of high quality and secure ICT services. Having been in the industry for close to 30 years, the business has continuously evolved with the rapidly changing technology but our focus on servicing our clients remains the same.

We invest the time with clients and never rush to offer any recommendations or solutions unless we are confident that we understand the current environment along with the desired outcomes. Applying a security best practice approach to all engagements ensures that we minimise the associated risks.

  • Councils / Local Government agencies, engagements since 2002, provision of critical infrastructure, security services and or consulting to 100+ metropolitan and regional councils across the state.
  • State Government engagements providing strategic consulting and community services. The NSW State Government awarded us a Premiers award for Revitalising Regional NSW through one of our client engagements.

What do we do?

Hitech Support provides a wide range of services including the provision of consulting services, solution design & implementation and security services.

We help our clients gain a better understanding of their environments, assist in communicating the requirements to all stakeholders, design real practical, reliable, and secure solutions.

Our technical team provides all levels of support from basic Level 1 Help Desk through to Level 3 Specialists and Consultants. The products and solutions that we offer our clients are supported internally via our full-time staff.
