Contract BUS 274 – ICT Solutions & Services. The BUS274 contract provides Queensland, Northern Territory and Tasmanian councils access to a broad range of ICT Solutions and Services.

We are approved to provide hardware, software, consulting and managed services under the LGP 115 Panel Contract, the table below outlines the accreditations under the following categories:

IT&C Categories
HardwareHardware - Traditional ICT computing devices, audio visual equipment, network equipment, and hardware that supports or enhances the operation of ICT equipment.

  • Servers and associated racks & equipment;
  • Uninterruptable Power Supplies;
  • Computer peripherals (includes input devices, cables, webcams, speakers, monitors, etc.);
  • Network equipment (includes switches including modules such as SFP’s, routers, wireless access points, cables, etc.);
  • Storage devices (includes NAS, SAS, etc.);
  • Audio Visual equipment (includes projectors, speakers, microphones, displays, etc);

Software & LicencingSoftware & Licensing - Software solutions that may be delivered as a service over the internet or installed locally on a Purchasers hardware. May also include access licensing for software solutions.

Virtual / CloudVirtual / Cloud - Cloud or virtual infrastructure that is delivered across or accessed via a network or the internet.

  • Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS);
  • Platform as a Service (PaaS);

Business SystemsBusiness Systems - A Business System is software which can be used by Purchasers to better manage various business functions. In addition to a core Financial Management System, Purchasers may deploy various add-on modules which provide additional functionality.

  • Training & documentation.
SecuritySecurity - Products or solutions that are specific to securing a purchasers operating environment from cyber security threats. This does not include single purchase or subscription based anti-virus/malware software, or CCTV systems.
