This service offers comprehensive suite of security services to help clients manage their critical infrastructure, this includes; Firewall, Routers, Switching/WLAN, Email and Web Filtering, and Endpoint AV. We can also manage the Internet and WAN links. These services will include customised reporting on an a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Remote monitoring and management are provided to keep an eye on the health and security of the environment. These services can be customised to work together with the organisations IT staff to share the responsibilities to reduce the ongoing costs. A simple process is defined including a clear set of tasks and reporting/management responsibilities are defined along with a simple escalation process to engage the appropriate resources.
We also provide analysis of security threat intelligence to our customers, customised to their environment. This helps them prioritise the remediation of any new vulnerabilities that exist in their environment and eliminate the need for them to be constantly up to date with the continual stream of new threat information.
